Privacy Information
PrivacyPolicy
Effective date (draft): July 12, 2026
Non-public preview draft. Not legal advice. Requires legal review before publication.
1. Scope
This draft explains how information may be handled through the WEBINARS website, including the consultation and demo request form. Project-specific terms are addressed separately in a proposal or contract.
2. Information we may process
The consultation form asks you to provide these data categories: project type, name, company or organization, email, phone number, and inquiry content. If analytics is enabled with your consent, limited usage information such as page visits and consultation button clicks or completions may also be processed.
3. Purposes
We use submitted information to review your inquiry, arrange a consultation or demo, prepare a relevant service proposal, provide follow-up communication, and maintain related business records.
4. Service providers and transfers
Form information is transferred to and processed through Salesforce Web-to-Lead for inquiry intake and follow-up management. Google reCAPTCHA is used to help prevent spam and may process interaction, device, and network information under Google's terms. These services may process information outside your country. The countries, timing, method, retention period, and available refusal options must be confirmed against the live settings and contracts during legal review.
5. Analytics and consent
Google Analytics 4 is used only when configured and permitted by your analytics consent choice. You may decline or later change that choice through the site's consent controls. Your consultation content is not sent to Google Analytics 4 as an analytics event.
6. Retention and deletion
As draft terms, inquiry information is retained only while needed for consultation and follow-up, unless a legal obligation or a legitimate business-record need requires a longer period. The specific retention schedule, deletion process, and exceptions require legal review before publication.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law and identity verification, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of information you provided. You may also choose not to submit the consultation form and can contact us through another listed channel.
8. Security
We intend to use reasonable administrative and technical security measures appropriate to the information handled. The production access controls, service settings, incident process, and vendor safeguards require operational and legal review before publication.
9. Contact and review status
Privacy requests and questions can be sent to sales@webinars.co.kr. You can also use the English contact form. Please review the draft Terms of Use as well. The responsible privacy contact and other legally required notices will be confirmed through legal review before publication.
