Website Terms
Terms of Use
Effective date (draft): July 12, 2026
Non-public preview draft. Not legal advice. Requires legal review before publication.
1. Draft scope and website use
This website is an information channel describing WEBINARS and LIVEE services, platform capabilities, and consultation options. It does not itself establish the scope, price, schedule, or other terms of a project; those matters are agreed separately in a proposal or contract.
2. Consultation content and responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, lawful consultation content and for avoiding confidential or third-party personal information that you are not authorized to share. A consultation request is not an acceptance of work or a guarantee of a response, schedule, service level, or project result.
3. Intellectual property and brand
Website copy, the WEBINARS brand, trademarks, designs, and materials belong to WEBINARS or their respective rights holders. They may not be copied, distributed, modified, or used commercially without permission or another applicable legal basis.
4. Prohibited misuse
Prohibited conduct includes disrupting the website, compromising security, infringing another person's rights, repeatedly submitting false or unlawful inquiries, scraping restricted content, or using automation to bypass the consultation form or reCAPTCHA.
5. Third-party services and external links
The website may rely on third-party services and may link to external sites. Their operation, content, terms, and privacy practices are controlled by the relevant providers. Review those terms before using a linked service. Our draft Privacy Policyexplains the providers used for the consultation flow.
6. Availability and changes
Website availability, features, and general information may change, be suspended, or become unavailable without prior notice. When these draft terms are revised, the updated text and effective date will be posted on this page, subject to final approval.
7. Information and limitation draft
General website information does not promise a specific performance, schedule, availability, or outcome. Any responsibility arising from reliance on that information or from a user's environment must be assessed under the particular facts, any separate contract, and applicable law. This draft does not exclude or limit rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
8. Contact and legal review
Questions about these terms may be sent to sales@webinars.co.kr or through the English contact form. Governing-law, business-identity, notice, and limitation language requires legal review and approval before publication.
